Partner Contest – JM Birthday 2025

1. Introduction:

1.1. The Partner Contest JM Birthday 2025 is organized by JustMarkets for all active Partners.

1.2. The total prize pool for the Contest is $194,000, which includes guaranteed Cash Prizes and Lucky Draws.

1.3. Contest Period: 11th of June 2025 to 31st of August 2025 (all dates inclusive).

2. How to Enter the Partner Contest JM Birthday 2025?

2.1. To participate in the Contest, Partners need to:

• Be an active, registered Partner of the JustMarkets during the Contest Period.
• Refer new Clients to JustMarkets during the Contest Period. Only Clients who register and verify their accounts within the Contest Period are eligible.

2.2. No separate registration is required. Once the above conditions are met, active Partners are automatically included in the Contest.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Partners earn Points based on the trading activity of their referred Clients during the Contest Period:

• 1 Point is awarded when a referred and verified Client trades at least 3 universal lots.
• 1 additional Point is awarded for every subsequent 5 universal lots traded by the same Client.

For example:
3 lots → 1 Point
8 lots → 2 Points
13 lots → 3 Points

* A universal lot is defined as 100,000 USD in trading volume (opened and closed), regardless of the trading instrument.

3.2. Only trades executed on real Standard, Pro, or Raw Spread accounts are eligible. Trades on Demo accounts do not qualify for participation in the Contest.

4. Selecting the Winners

4.1. The winners will be determined based on the total Points earned during the Contest Period. The leaderboard, which will be updated once per day on JustMarkets website, will reflect the cumulative Points of each Partner reflecting certain Partner Codes. At the end of the Contest Period, Partners will be divided into the following categories:

Partners ranked 1 to 10 (“Top 10”) shall each receive a guaranteed cash prize of $10,000. Partners ranked 11 to 50 (“Top 11–50“) shall each receive a guaranteed cash prize of $1,000. Partners ranked 51 to 100 (“Top 51–100“) shall each receive a guaranteed cash prize of $200.

4.2. The determination of rankings and allocation of prizes by JustMarkets shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

4.3. The winner of the Special Draw in each category will be determined through a random draw within each category as follows: one Partner from the Top 10 category will win the $30,000 super prize, one Partner from the Top 11–50 category will win the $3,000 prize,one Partner from the Top 51–100 category will win the $1,000 prize. Each Point earned by a Partner during the Contest Period equals one chance in the draw. This means the more Points a Partner accumulates, the higher their chances of winning. For example: If Partner A has 20 Points and Partner B has 5 Points, Partner A has 20 chances to win, while Partner B has 5 chances. However, both still have a possibility to be selected, as the winner is determined randomly.

5. Weekly $1,000 Draw

5.1. In addition to the main contest prizes, a weekly $1,000 prize draw will be held throughout the Contest Period.

5.2. Each week, all Partners who have earned at least 1 Point during Contest Period will automatically be entered into the draw.

5.3. All eligible Partners will have equal chances of winning the weekly prize, regardless of the total number of Points earned. Additional Points do not increase the odds of winning in the weekly draw. Each Partner has 1 chance to win.

5.4. A Partner can only win the weekly draw once. If a Partner is selected as a winner in any weekly draw, they will no longer be eligible for participation in the remaining weekly draws.

6. Extra 25% Bonus

6.1. In addition to the main contest prizes, Partners are eligible to receive an Extra 25% Bonus on the IB revenue generated from new Clients. The Extra 25% Bonus will apply to the IB revenue earned from each new Client during the first 30 calendar days from the new Client’s registration date.

* A new Client is defined as a Client who registers a trading account with JustMarkets within the Contest Period.

6.2. If a new Client registers a trading account within the last 30 calendar days of the Contest Period, the Extra 25% Bonus will only apply to the IB revenue generated from such Client up to August 31, 2025. No bonus will be paid for IB revenue generated after this date. For example: If a New Client registers on August 20, 2025, the 25% bonus applies only to IB revenue earned between August 20 and August 31, 2025.

6.3. The Extra 25% Bonus will be credited to the Partner’s trading account on September 1, 2025.

7. Conditions for receiving Prizes

7.1. The list of winners will be published on the JustMarkets website and official social media channels within 10 business days of their selection. For privacy reasons, only the Partner Code will be displayed. All other personal data will remain confidential.

7.2. JustMarkets will notify the winners via email, using the contact details specified in the Client’s Personal Area.

7.3. Winners must be available for communication within 10 calendar days from the date of the winner announcement. If the Company is unable to reach the winner within this period, the prize may be canceled.

7.4. To receive a reward, the winner’s Personal Area must be fully verified. If full verification is not completed within 7 business days after the winner announcement, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward.

7.5. Cash prizes will be credited to the trading account that participated in the Contest within 45 business days after the Company receives confirmation from the winner.

7.6. The cash prize is available for trading or withdrawal.

8. General Terms

8.1. By participating in this Contest, Partners automatically give permission for JustMarkets to use their personal data (full name and country of residence) in JustMarkets marketing activity, including posting information on the JustMarkets websites, social networks, and other promotional materials.

8.2. In the event that multiple Client accounts referred by the same Partner share the same IP address, personal data, or other indications suggesting fraudulent activity, JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify those Client accounts from counting towards the Contest. Any suspicious activity related to Clients’ accounts or Partners’ conduct may lead to disqualification of the Partner from the Contest.

8.3. JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any abuse of the Contest rules, such as opening offsetting trades or exploiting technical errors.

8.4. JustMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.5. By participating, Partners confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Client Agreement and Introducing Broker Agreement published on the JustMarkets website.

8.6. Any situation not explicitly covered by these Terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of JustMarkets.
